"Andrea Motis, the silent trumpet" closely follows the process through which Andrea has decided to go through to become an international music figure. In this way, the cameraman and director Ramon Tort follows her during the year that precedes the recording of her first album in New York and the year and a half that follows. A crucial moment in the life of a young woman who one day is singing with Omara Portuondo at the Beacon Theatre in New York and the other eats tupperware between classes.
